I’d like to start off by saying sorry for my absence. I didn’t intend to go so long without posting an article.
Instead of focusing on blog posts, I’ve been giving my time to shooting and editing videos for the YouTube channel.
But by doing so, I have neglected my readers. I’ve neglected you. Again, I’m sorry.
Just know that we’re back!
I’ll be making it my policy to release at least one article per week. They won’t be on a schedule, but I always post an update to Twitter as soon as I hit publish.
Follow me there to be the first to know when a new article drops and when I upload a new video.
Bodybuilding is a major factor in my lifestyle, seeing as how it completely changed my life. As such, bodybuilding will also be a major component of Masculinity Rising.
You’re supposed to be fostering more masculine qualities in your life, right?
One of the most important parts of masculinity is exuding power and strength.
Looking the part. Being the part.
In other words, bodybuilding.
You need to be bodybuilding. Get in the gym and chisel your own physique. Build some mass and strength to improve all aspects of your life.
Be sure to follow the channel to learn how to go from a shitty physique to getting glances from women like you’re a piece of meat.
I’m working on finding a gym where I can film more out in the open with a training partner. That way I can add better quality to the videos instead of my training sessions being from a stationary angle.
I really do enjoy the process of creating new content for you guys.
When I put in the time, goals become realized. If you put in the time, you can experience the same.
I’m happy to say I’ve accomplished a lot over the past month and a half.
Traffic is continuing to build across my platforms.
But most importantly, I’ve been learning skills to bring you better content.
I will be getting my ACE certification in November, so I am currently studying to pass the required exam.
I want to add personal training as another one of my ways to impact people. The fitness industry is a little crazy, but I believe helping people change their health and physique is one of the quickest ways to make a lasting impact on someone.
It’s a very rewarding experience.
Despite advancing towards my goals, as most driven people are, I’m not satisfied.
There’s much more work to do.
In the coming months, I will be releasing my first major product to support you. In the meantime, keep checking out the blog.
Like I said, at least one new article per week.
You can count on it.
Remember, you have to focus in order to accomplish your goals. Completely dedicate your time to one or two things so you can become proficient with them quickly.
Spreading your focus too thin causes everything to advance more slowly.
I cut back my time on Twitter and blog posts in order to get things going on YouTube, achieve some fitness goals, and prepare for the other things I have coming.
So if you want to start checking things off your to-do list, make sure you focus on one or two major things. It helps if they supplement each other.
Stressed out? You’re not stressed, you’re just focused on the wrong thing.
Focus on your passions.
No focus, no progress.
